Please note that 1pm on 23 December is the last date an order can be placed for a guaranteed Christmas delivery.

OPENING HOURS
We are available to help you with your orders or enquiries during normal office hours from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, and then from Monday 29 November - Thursday 23 December 9am - 7pm, on Friday 24 December from 9am - 12 noon, and from 4 December up to and including 19 December, we are open at weekends between 11am and 4pm.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
For next day/named day delivery we will add £2 to the delivery charge shown with each item. The cut off time for orders requiring next day delivery is 1pm.
CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
Any orders received from 5 December to 22 December without a specified date will be delivered in time for Christmas between 6 and 23 December.
We are able to offer a next/named day delivery service (subject to a surcharge of £2 per parcel) for parcels delivered up to and including Friday 17 December, if ordered by 1pm on Thursday 16 December. We are unable to deliver at weekends or on Bank Holidays. The last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 1pm on 23 December within the UK.
OUT OF AREA DELIVERIES
There is no surcharge for delivery to the Scottish Highlands but next or named day service is unavailable in these areas. Delivery to the Isle Of Wight (Postcode PO30 and upwards) and Isles of Scilly ( postcode TR21-25) will incur a surcharge of £5 per hamper. Delivery to Northern Ireland, The Isle Of Man and Scottish Islands will incur a surcharge of £10 per parcel - as a guide these include the following postcodes BT, HS, KA27-28, PA41-88, PH42-44, IV40-56, KW15-17, IM and ZE. Delivery to the Channel Islands (post codes JE & GU) will incur a surcharge of £15. HOW TO PAY
SELFRIDGES ACCEPTS PAYMENT BY: Selfridges Account Card, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro. Cheques payable to Selfridges Retail Ltd. We accept BACS transfers by prior arrangement.
WINE AND SPIRITS
Hampers and gifts which include alcohol may only be ordered by customers aged 18 or over.
EFFICIENT DELIVERY
Accurate delivery address details, including postcode and recipient telephone number, are essential for efficient delivery.
GREETINGS
We will be pleased to send a greeting or message with your hamper (maximum 300 characters). We are, however, unable to include personal cards in the hampers.
INSURANCE
All consignments are fully insured. Claims for breakages or other damages should be made on 0800 138 8141 within 48 hours of receipt. Claims for lost parcels must be made by Friday 28 January 2011.
PRICES
These are correct at the time of going to press (June 2010). Prices are valid until 31 December 2010.
VAT AND DUTY
All prices include VAT at variable rates and duty charged at the rates prevailing at publication. We reserve the right to amend prices according to change in duty. Customs duties may be payable by the overseas recipient and we regret that we are unable to advise on these amounts.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your order for non-fresh products, provided you comply with the following:
a) You must notify us of the cancellation in writing/e-mail within 7 working days of delivery b) The goods remain unused and any component parts are unopened. c) You are responsible in making the goods available for collection by our carrier who will collect only during the daytime on working days (not Saturdays, Sunday or Bank Holidays) within 21 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the cost of collection unless you or the recipient fail to facilitate the collection within 21 days of the cancellation.
SUBSTITUTIONS
All items shown are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, Selfridges reserve the right to substitute these with an item(s) of equal or greater value. The hampers and gifts shown contain only the items listed

- When you use certain Selfridges services (including Hamper ordering) please read the additional information provided.
- Certain website services may require registration and further access to those services will be subject to an approved login name and password ("User Details/ Your Details"). Information that you provide on this website must be accurate and complete. All Users Details are accepted and may be withdrawn at our sole discretion and are exclusive to you and non-transferable and must be treated as strictly confidential at all times. If you have any concerns regarding your User Details or become aware of any misuse then you must inform us immediately.
- From time to time we may offer additional discounts for purchases made online that do not apply in-store. Additionally, promotions or products that may be available in-store may not be offered on the website.
- All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Selfridges.
- Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
- We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
- Alcohol may only be sold to persons 18 years of age or over. It is a criminal offence to sell a knife to any person under 16 years of age. Tobacco products may only be sold to persons 16 years of age or over.
- Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
- Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified at the time of ordering. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Selfridges shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
- Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
- All goods are sent by insured carrier and can be despatched or delivered on any day Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays.
- Orders received before 1.00 pm British time Monday to Thursday can normally be despatched the same day for next day delivery almost anywhere in mainland UK subject to availability.
- Orders received before 1.00 pm on Friday will normally be despatched the same day for Monday delivery almost anywhere on mainland UK. (see below item on Fresh Foods)

- Goods may be ordered and paid for up to 120 days in advance of delivery during which time the price will be held.
- Please make sure you give the correct address for the recipient. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error.
- Please note that the carrier is only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an immediate neighbour if no one is at home) We regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return the item(s).
- Where the carrier is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will either deliver to a neighbour, leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
- If the recipient fails to make contact in good time the goods are returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address.
- British Forces Post Office
We are able to deliver your parcel via Parcelforce to BFPO. Delivery to most locations takes 7 - 14 days subject to local conditions and availability of armed forces transport. Additional BFPO delivery charges and insurance are passed on at cost and do not normally exceed £12 per item. If you place an order for delivery to a BFPO address you also agree to pay this additional charge. If it exceeds £12 we will confirm the charge with you before we action the order. We regret cheese products cannot be despatched to BFPO addresses for food safety reasons. - Fresh Foods
We regret that for food safety items containing fresh food products cannot be despatched for Monday delivery.
- Selfridges will accept credit/debit or Selfridges account cards as methods for payment. We will not accept cash, cheques, gift vouchers or gift cards as forms of payment online.
- We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
- The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. We will try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
- Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
- All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee subject to the following conditions:
- You cannot cancel orders for orders containing fresh food, for example hampers containing cheese, once the order has been despatched.
- You may cancel your order for non-fresh products, provided you comply with the following:
a. You must notify us of the cancellation in writing/e-mail within seven working days of delivery.
b. The goods remain unused and any component parts are unopened.
c. You are reasonable in making the goods available for collection by our carrier who will collect only during the daytime on working days (not Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) within 21 days of notifying us of the cancellation. We will pay the costs of collection unless you or the recipients fail to facilitate the collection within 21 days of the cancellation. - In the event of supply difficulties, Selfridges reserves the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
- All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Selfridges. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Selfridges. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.
- This website is available to all users on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. - Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. Selfridges has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that any colour as it appears on the website will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
- Selfridges and its partners shall not be responsible for any consequential loss suffered by you (including but not limited to loss of profit).
- The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
- We have selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only, if you are planning to use them for business purposes please make sure that you are covered by the appropriate insurance. Where you decide to use the products in the course of a business, we exclude (to the fullest extend permitted by law) those warranties and conditions relating to fitness for a particular purpose. In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim for breach of warranty or condition.
- Selfridges shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- You may not assign or sub-contract any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related order for products to any third party unless agreed upon in writing by Selfridges.
- Selfridges reserves the right to transfer, assign, navigate or sub-contract the benefit of the whole or part of any of its rights or obligations under these terms and conditions or any related contract to any third party.
- If any portion of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity or enforceability of the other sections of these terms and conditions shall not be affected.
- No delay or failure by Selfridges to exercise any powers, rights or remedies under these terms and conditions will operate as a waiver of them nor will any single or partial exercise of any such powers, rights or remedies preclude any other or further exercise of them. Any waiver to be effective must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of Selfridges.
- These terms and conditions including the documents or other sources referred to in these terms and conditions supersede all prior representations understandings and agreements between you and Selfridges relating to the use of this website (including the order of products) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and Selfridges for your use of this website.
